Custom Rugs

Each custom rug is handmade and created specifically for the customer. Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final. Refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not accepted. Please ensure all order details are correct before submitting your purchase.

Premade Rugs

Premade rugs are ready to ship and typically dispatch within 1 business day after the order is placed.

Handmade Disclaimer

Each rug is handmade, which means slight variations in shape, size, or color may occur. These variations are a natural part of the process and make every piece unique.

Rug Care

Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your rug. Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions. Damage resulting from improper cleaning, excessive moisture, or misuse is not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Production Time

Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery. Each rug is carefully handmade to ensure quality and attention to detail. You will receive updates throughout the process so you can stay informed on the progress of your order.
