All rugs are handmade and created specifically for each customer, making every piece one-of-a-kind. Because these items are custom-made, refunds, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.
Once an order is placed, materials are purchased and production begins immediately. Due to this process, all sales are final.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed your order details and agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure that all design selections, sizes, and information are correct before submitting your order.
Design Approval
For custom rugs, a digital design preview will be provided prior to production. Once the design is approved, the rug will enter the production stage. After approval, no further changes can be made.

Premade rugs are ready to ship and typically dispatch within 1 business day after the order is placed.

Rug Care
Proper care is essential to maintain the quality and longevity of your rug. Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning, excessive moisture, or misuse is not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Production Time
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and delivery. Each rug is carefully handmade to ensure quality and attention to detail.
You will receive updates throughout the process so you can stay informed on the progress of your order.

Your privacy is respected and protected. We do not have access to your full payment information, and your personal details—including your name and address—will never be shared.
